Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team at Splendido Mare, A Belmond Hotel in Portofino. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling front desk operations, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill front desk operations according to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times.
  • Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Cover night shifts as required.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and handle guest complaints.
  • Responsible for cash accounting (payment of guest bills).

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Fluent in Italian and English. A third language is required.
  • High standards of service.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
