Key Responsibilities

As a National Product Manager, your primary goal will be to enhance the sales of our educational programs through tele sales and personalized consultations with clients to expand our market presence. You will take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation tactics and customer relationship management strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the development of the sales team, which includes recruitment, training programs, performance tracking, and evaluations.

You will have full accountability for all pertinent business operations and growth associated with the program, with a strong emphasis on business development and lead generation. This role encompasses complete responsibility for direct sales within the country, aiming to achieve sales objectives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills. You should be capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and thriving under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. A passion for sales, commitment, diligence, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment are essential for this position.

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including successfully managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in sales (B2C or B2B) and a keen interest in mentoring fellow sales professionals.
  • International work or study experience is valued.
