About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at AB InBev. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing national clients in the Off-Trade channel and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Collaborate with your team to develop and execute client strategies, leveraging market opportunities and relationships to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Commercial Strategy: Optimize commercial relationships with national Off-Trade clients, focusing on AB InBev brand presence and product mix to maximize benefits for both the company and the customer.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the P&L for the customer, create, negotiate, and implement annual account promotion plans, and manage individual budgets.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze, explain, and explore opportunities based on qualitative and quantitative results, maintaining a dynamic understanding of the market and a professional approach to client relationships.
  • Collaborate with Group National Account Managers, National Account Managers, Regional Account Managers, and the Sell-out Team.
  • Engage continuously with Logistics & Ops, Finance, Marketing & Trade Marketing, Pricing & Revenue, Category Managers, and Sales Intelligence.
  • Maintain daily commercial relationships with clients and connect with international representatives for analysis and project development.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: Proven commercial experience for 3-5 years as a Key Account Manager in Off-Trade structures and expertise in P&L management.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with database analysis applications and market indicators (e.g., Nielsen).
  • Personal Qualities: Dynamic team player with strong results orientation, problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, and a sense of responsibility. Ambitious, determined, dynamic, reliable, and capable of influencing with authority, and managing stress.
  • Educational Background: Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
