About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National On Trade Sales Manager to lead our business in the On Trade channel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing national wholesalers, negotiating with On Trade consortium, and identifying new business opportunities with big Horeca/Hotel chains across Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance of assigned national customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesalers and On Trade consortium, defining the sales strategy and leading negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage customers' P&Ls, conduct regular performance reviews, and collaborate with the regional team to maximize results.
  • Define new business opportunities with big On Trade chains, such as Horeca customer groups and Hotels.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience as a National Account Manager in On Trade.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with direct and indirect customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the On Trade spirits market and customer base (wholesalers and On Trade customers).
