JOB PURPOSE

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating customer information, producing analytical reports, and aiding CRM initiatives to improve customer interaction and satisfaction levels.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


• Evaluate customer information to uncover trends, patterns, and insights;


• Communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders, simplifying complex data into actionable strategies;


• Create reports and dashboards that convey essential metrics and findings;


• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer interaction and satisfaction;


• Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to extract valuable insights from CRM data;


• Enhance reporting processes for improved efficiency;


• Support the design and implementation of targeted marketing initiatives;


• Aid in segmenting customer databases for tailored communication;


• Provide training to CRM users on system features and functionalities;


• Document CRM workflows and procedures for future reference and training purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)


• 1 to 2 years of demonstrated experience in managing CRM operations within medium to large-scale projects;


• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;


• Advanced proficiency in Excel;


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related discipline;


• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and customer lifecycle management;


• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages is advantageous;


• Experience with Power BI, Qsense, or similar tools is a plus;


• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;


• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret and convert data into actionable insights.
