Job Description

E-Work S.p.A. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception/Segreteria to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception and Call Handling: Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Correspondence and Protocol: Manage and process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages, using the URBI Smart application.
  • Agenda and Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the schedules of our President and Director General, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Support to Other Departments: Provide administrative support to our other departments, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Document Management: Manage and publish administrative documents, including Determinations and Decrees.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the organization of board meetings, committee meetings, and other events.
  • Archiving: Maintain and update our archives, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and calendar management.
Desirable Skills:
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Contract and Benefits:
