Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll provide administrative and accounting support, ensuring the accurate execution of our financial and accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations
    • Assist in processing and booking vendor invoices, issuing invoices, and managing employee expense claims.
    • Reconcile company credit cards, record financial transactions, and maintain financial records.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, document management, and filing.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including finance team members, management, and other departments.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless execution of financial activities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • A high school degree in business administration or a related field; a degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or accounting roles.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software; knowledge of SAP B1 is a plus.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Language Proficiency
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
