As a critical member of the GC Ops team, this position is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the consulting team. Key responsibilities include time and expense report submission, T&E reimbursement claims, and bidding process support. Effective communication and teamwork are essential in ensuring smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with time and expense report submission, following established guidelines.
- Support the bidding process, including material preparation and printing.
- Collaborate with other teams to strengthen BST support to consulting staff and GC office.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience as an AA or team assistant in professional services or multi-national companies.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexible interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
