About the Role:

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Technical Specialist focused on the specific solution/technology area of VMware/Lenovo.

The selected candidate will serve as the subject matter expert, collaborating internally and externally with our partner network and sales teams to define straightforward solutions and projects for our partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to assist in the design and configuration of vendor solutions.
  • Utilize internal and vendor tools to produce accurate bill of materials promptly.
  • Respond swiftly to inquiries or customer service issues.
  • Educate both internal and external audiences about products and technologies.
  • Understand and apply vendor promotions effectively.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Lenovo/VMware technologies is preferred.
  • Fluency in Italian; conversational English is required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, priority management, and planning abilities.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry – including channels, vendors, competition, and end users – is desirable.
