Role Overview

In this position, you will join a dynamic Engineering and R&D team, collaborating closely with fellow Technical Solutions Engineers and reporting to the Engineering Team Leader. Your primary focus will be on the advancement of innovative applications and the formulation of technical solutions in partnership with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive technical feasibility assessments to identify viable commercial solutions for client proposals;
  • Crafting detailed layouts and flow diagrams for product designs;
  • Preparing cost estimates for complete production lines or specific machinery components;
  • Evaluating customer specifications to ensure alignment with project goals;
  • Reviewing technical submissions from component suppliers and recommending alternative sources;
  • Developing technical presentations to assist the sales team during client negotiations and creating detailed machine specifications.

Qualifications for Success

  • A decade of experience in the field of automatic machinery for packaging;
  • A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline;
  • Proficiency in interpreting mechanical schematics and utilizing CAD software;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships;
  • Adaptability in prioritizing tasks effectively.

This role is integral to the ongoing success and innovation at ACMA, contributing to the development of state-of-the-art packaging solutions.
