About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Reach Agency. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing influencer deals across multiple brands, owning and managing day-to-day campaign management, and providing strategic input, casting, and deal-making for campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Lead talent search and qualification process, including brand safety content audits, collecting thorough audience qualification and demographics, safety vetting, etc.
  • Talent Casting & Deal-Making: Find and propose talent both internally and externally to brand clients, develop deal terms for talent, creative briefs, preparation of offers, and contract management.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage campaigns from end-to-end, including creative briefing, timeline/deliverable management, and creative reviews.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally experience working on CPG brands.
  • Existing influencer and talent manager relationships a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for social media and influencer marketing, with an innate understanding of social trends and platforms.
