Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Starhotels. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our hotels and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
  • Brand Management: Manage and maintain our brand's online presence, including social media and website content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and revenue teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent writing and communication skills, and proficiency in social media and content management systems.
  • Language: Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus.
