Special Process Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Process Expert to join our team at Alstom's Savigliano site in Italy. As a key member of our industrial team, you will be responsible for coordinating the industrial control of special processes during various phases of product development, manufacturing, and warranty.
Key Responsibilities- Tender Phase: Contribute to the tender phase, particularly in product design and industrialization, to ensure that industrial constraints and requirements are taken into account to optimize costs and minimize risks.
- Concurrent Engineering: Contribute to technical solution decisions associated with special processes during the specification and design phases.
- Industrialization: Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement action plans.
- Serial Manufacturing: Guarantee internal control and good application of process rules in line with customers' requirements.
- Transverse: Participate in meetings and working groups of the SP network and Standards committee.
- Engineering degree in process engineering, mechanical, electrical, or chemical.
- Training and qualification by a third party for PS if needed (e.g., welding).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the industrial field.
- Practice the special process in question from 2 to 5 years (execution, definition, qualification).
- Good teaching skills (able to provide training to a group of trainees).
- Good English knowledge.
