Position Overview

We are in search of a new member to strengthen our Salesforce team. This position within the Amplifon Corporate Omnichannel Retail Applications Division will report to the Global Retail Experience Manager and play a vital role in a transformative Digital Initiative. The project aims to overhaul business processes and modernize front-office applications globally via the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with both local and global internal stakeholders to discern needs and convert them into business specifications
  • Identify effective solutions and articulate functional designs to meet new requirements or address existing gaps
  • Collaborate with system integrators to assess solutions and confirm designs
  • Coordinate with the internal development team to guarantee high-quality project outcomes
  • Lead project execution, encompassing gap analysis, prioritization, scheduling, and testing coordination
  • Network with business units and IT to ensure integration or synergy with other software applications
  • Assist users through application troubleshooting, user training, and the delivery of innovative solutions

Candidate Profile

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Approximately - years of experience in managing intricate IT projects, particularly in analyzing, designing, and testing Salesforce solutions in dynamic multi-country settings. Previous experience in the retail sector is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud modules (Salesforce admin). Exposure to field service and CPQs is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Strong project management skills: capable of prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
