Position Overview
We are in search of a new member to strengthen our Salesforce team. This position within the Amplifon Corporate Omnichannel Retail Applications Division will report to the Global Retail Experience Manager and play a key role in a major Digital Transformation initiative. The project aims to overhaul business processes and modernize front-office applications on a global scale using the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with local and global internal stakeholders to comprehend their needs and translate them into business requirements.
- Identify effective solutions and establish functional designs to address new requirements or deficiencies in the current setup.
- Collaborate with system integrators to assess solutions and validate designs.
- Coordinate with the internal development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
- Lead project execution, including gap analysis, prioritization, scheduling, and testing coordination.
- Network with business units and IT to ensure integration or synergy with other software applications.
- Assist users through application troubleshooting, user training, and innovation delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Approximately - years of experience in managing complex IT projects, particularly in analyzing, designing, and testing Salesforce solutions in dynamic multi-country environments. Previous experience in the retail sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud modules (Salesforce admin). Exposure to field service and CPQs is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong project management skills: capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to %.
