Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual with 1-3 years of relevant experience to fill the role of Sales Support Engineer in Italy. This position will involve collaboration with the local sales team, regional sales managers, and clients to facilitate successful sales processes. Responsibilities will include pre-sales activities, assisting in the formulation and review of product specifications tailored to customer needs, and expediting the sales process. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing training materials based on local requirements and providing technical training to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance to the sales team during the quotation phase, including assessment of customer requirements.
  • Create techno-commercial proposals that align with customer specifications.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training to clients.
  • Work in conjunction with the corporate technical team to devise optimal solutions for customers.
  • Partner with technical engineers to offer post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance knowledge of power systems and stay updated with the company's product portfolio.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, engineering, technical) to drive business success.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with power systems, electrical design, and telecommunications equipment applications.
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within the company.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
