About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Demand and Delivery Specialist to join our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team at Edison. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and interventions in the commercial area, ensuring the governance of activities on the applications involved in the end-to-end process of system processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and interventions in the commercial area, ensuring the governance of activities on the applications involved in the end-to-end process of system processes.
  • Manage the main applications of the Post Sales function for development and evolutionary activities, including the CRM system (SAP), Field Service system, commissioning system for agent commissions, document composition and archiving systems, IVR/CTI phone bar, and dispatching systems for the present network.
  • Collect requirements for the realization of functionalities and evolution of processes on the commercial retail application map.
  • Transform business requirements into technical requirements for the management of system evolutions in the area.
  • Interface with suppliers in the development of new projects and interventions, focusing on the application aspects of systems.
  • Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions by suppliers.
  • Develop multisystem projects and optimize the systems of the Function, with the goal of integrating all systems present in the commercial application map effectively.
  • Interface with various departments involved (Demand, Infrastructure, Architecture, Business Units).
  • Conduct project meetings to advance work and collect requirements.
  • Develop skills in presenting and exposing projects developed with the team.
  • Manage and monitor suppliers in the phases of project design and application development.
  • Manage the activities of testing and passing to production of evolutionary interventions/new projects, supporting users in the execution of functional tests (coordinating suppliers, defining downtime windows, etc.).
  • Manage the exercise of the application in terms of governance of activities of suppliers.
  • Verify the advancement of corrective activities and evaluate the goodness of proposed structural interventions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in medium to large-sized companies in the sector or in System Integration companies will be a preferred title.
  • Laurea in technical/scientific disciplines, with a preference for engineering or computer science.
  • Relational and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
