About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Activation Specialist to join our team at Diageo. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Plan Execution
  • Develop and implement commercial plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective execution of commercial plans and identify opportunities for improvement.
Customer Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive loyalty and retention.
Market Analysis
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Performance Management
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
