Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Hispanic market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Requirements:

  • Strong background and experience in media, sales, or business development
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Coachable and willing to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Passion for helping clients grow their business through radio and digital media
  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
