Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Hispanic market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
- Strong background and experience in media, sales, or business development
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Coachable and willing to learn and adapt to new situations
- Passion for helping clients grow their business through radio and digital media
- Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
