About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the Italian market. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key customers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify marketing-generated leads by researching potential customers and reaching out for initial conversations
  • Identify business problems, determine urgency and timeframe, and identify decision-makers
  • Develop leads to seamlessly hand off to sales teams to pursue opportunities
  • Follow-up with lost accounts to regain customers
  • Partner with marketing team to define customer personas and maximize impact of marketing programs

Requirements

  • Previous sales/business development experience with end-users and distributors (B2B)
  • Strong digital technology platform knowledge to identify leads and business opportunities
  • Digitally savvy and fluent in Italian and English
  • Results-oriented and drive to win, with a focus on making courageous decisions to drive sales results
