About the Role

As a key member of the Apple Inc. team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in our retail stores. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for technology, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: You will lead a team of sales and support professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Experience: You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Store Operations: You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and technical support.
  • Business Development: You will identify opportunities to drive business growth, develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and collaborate with the business team to drive results.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: You have a proven track record of leadership experience in a customer-facing sales setting, with a strong ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: You have a passion for learning about Apple technology and products, and are able to communicate complex technical information to customers and colleagues.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Flexibility: You are flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
