Key Responsibilities
- Analyze tender regulations, documentation, and requirements to ensure compatibility with Hilti's products and services.
- Manage customer portals during the tender phase to facilitate necessary activities.
- Support sales teams and other functions to provide customers with information and characteristics related to Hilti's products and services.
- Develop reports to track Hilti's performance on tenders, including missed opportunities and reasons for rejection.
- Collect, edit, assess, and update various documents, including certificates, declarations, and administrative documents.
- Manage qualification processes and documentation to ensure customer requests and deadlines are met.
- Organize and maintain a centralized document repository for easy retrieval and reference.
- Establish and enforce document control procedures to manage document life cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law or business administration.
- At least one year of experience in customer contract documentation and PA/customer portals management.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
