About the Role

As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth and excellence in a partner reseller store. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, business acumen, and passion for Apple products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Represent Apple and influence within a single partner store to build plans, achieve sales targets, and grow business.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate and train reseller teams on our products, services, and merchandising guidelines, while promoting outstanding customer experiences and developing brand advocates.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate and encourage store teams to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio.
  • Customer Engagement: Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating product benefits and value proposition through demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups.
  • Merchandising and Visuals: Strive for excellence and ensure Apple's outstanding dedication to merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout your territory; This includes ensuring that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Enrich the customer experience by approaching problems with creativity, curiosity, and new ideas.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2+ years of related experience.
  • Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
  • Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to educate, inspire, and influence others.
  • Solid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.
