About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our commercial customer engagement strategy for rare key customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful commercial strategies and tactics that enhance our overall commercial customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies and tactics to engage with rare key customers, ensuring alignment with our overall commercial customer engagement strategy.
  • Collaborate with medical and market access teams to ensure promotional materials are relevant and impactful for the local market and specific targets.
  • Lead the execution of campaign rollouts, including planning and training of field teams on relevant items with meaningful measures in place to demonstrate impact on the affiliate business.
  • Manage the budget assigned to the role, ensuring compliance within the allocated budget and optimal use of resources for the products in consultation with the Business Unit Head Italy.
  • Maintain and build relationships with rare experts and other important stakeholders, participating in Stakeholder Account Planning (SAP) to identify feasible opportunities and potential best practices across different plans.
  • Collaborate with the Competitive Market Intelligence (CMI) team to build the competitive landscape and implement market research initiatives.
  • Partner with the Customer Excellence team to include digital customer engagement programs into commercial action plans or projects, supporting and sharing digital innovations throughout the commercial organization.

Requirements

  • Academic degree (Bachelor or above) or equivalent experience.
  • Compliance training.
  • Meet local pharma industry requirements.
  • Education and training in sales methodology and sales technique.
  • Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Consistent track record of success.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, well-developed project management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
