About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and innovative Assistant Bar Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel team in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will lead the Bar operations with enthusiasm and creativity, ensuring outstanding service and meticulous attention to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Selection, talent management, and development of our Bar team.
  • Collaborating closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team to design beverage menus.
  • Controlling costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory management.
  • Observing and recommending improvements for facilities and equipment as necessary.
  • Maintaining a visible presence in the operation, providing recognition, and promoting positive public relations.
  • Addressing special requests with dedication to delivering an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.

What you bring

A wealth of leadership experience in bar management within luxury hotels, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Familiarity with current beverage trends and exposure to international markets is preferred. This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan.

This role includes a flexible schedule with the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
