Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Consolidation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the preparation of the Group Consolidated Financial Statements and supporting the Manager in the analysis of the Group's financial and economic data.

Main Responsibilities

  • Management of Consolidated Financial Statements, both actual (monthly and quarterly) and planning;
  • Annual Statutory Consolidated Financial Statements;
  • Conducting preparatory analysis and preparation of consolidation entries;
  • Participation in the intercompany reconciliation process by coordinating the activities of the foreign subsidiaries involved;
  • Conducting economic and financial analyses to support the preparation of the Group Reporting;
  • Participation in the definition, maintenance, and dissemination within Group companies of the Group Chart of Accounts;
  • Drafting of corporate guidelines in accordance with IFRS.

Requirements

  • At least 3/4 years of experience in the role or in accounting/auditing firms of multinational companies;
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics;
  • Excellent command of Italian and international accounting and accounting principles;
  • Excellent command of the Office package;
  • Soft skills: analytical skills, quality orientation, planning, and organizational skills.
