Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Operations Specialist to join our team at Triumph International. As a key member of our Operations Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and housekeeping exercises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve incomplete orders to maintain high delivery performance.
- Work on troubleshooting to ensure proper weekly Sell Out posting and submission of relevant documents before the Monthly Closure.
- Improve month-end closing procedures through continuous learning and improvement.
- Support stock take activities as the primary point of contact for Customers and Sales Team.
- Analyze stock taking figures and reconcile them with Sales counterpart.
- Post results in SAP.
- Act as SPOC for warehouse requirements and transportation support for all local matters.
- Collaborate with Sales Team and Customers to collect and negotiate VAS needs and work with warehouses to design and implement new VAS requirements.
- Identify and resolve system failures.
- Lead the team as SAP Key User and SPOC to provide training and support to new and existing team members on specific requirements or new functionalities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.
- Experience working with large data sets, analyzing figures, and producing reports.
- Accuracy and methodology in executing operational tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centered approach.
- Advanced communication skills in English and Italian, both verbal and written; any other language is an advantage.
- IT proficiency: Microsoft Office (especially Teams, Excel at advanced level, Word), experience with SAP (SD and BW module); experience in Salesforce (nice to have).
- Availability to travel for trainings and meetings.
