Key Account Manager

The selected candidate will report directly to the Area Manager and will be responsible for the following:


• Promoting and marketing the company's pharmaceutical offerings through effective engagement with healthcare professionals and organizations to enhance the visibility and utilization of the company's products.

• Translating product features into tangible benefits for clients, utilizing relevant literature and medical promotional materials accurately and competently.

• Overseeing and assisting in the management of key strategic accounts.

• Addressing customer concerns related to promotions and services, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, adhering to company protocols.

• Supporting the Marketing Department by collecting current market data on pricing, products, new launches, and delivery timelines, while following up on leads generated from field activities.

• Contributing to budget planning, promotional target forecasting, and marketing strategies as necessary.

• Ensuring the swift relay of pertinent information from healthcare professionals back to the Marketing, Medical Affairs, or Clinical Research Departments.

• Promptly reporting adverse events to the Pharmacovigilance Department in line with company guidelines.

• Maintaining continuous communication with team members to gather insights on healthcare provider activities and optimize territory planning.

• Identifying new opportunities and special developments for products and services, collecting feedback through field activities, and coordinating with relevant company personnel.



Requirements:



• A degree in Life Sciences or a related field.

• Proficient in English.

• Extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management.

• Strong understanding of the region's customer and market dynamics.

Location: Puglia e Basilicata

Employment contract to be evaluated based on the candidate's seniority.
