About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Associate to join our team at Wemolo GmbH. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the rollout of our projects across Italy, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external resources, and driving continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Rollout: Collaborate with our experienced project management team to ensure successful project execution, from planning to delivery.
  • Coordination: Manage internal and external resources to ensure project progress, working closely with Operations and other teams.
  • Technical Planning: Assist with technical planning of our parking lots, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
  • Route Planning: Plan and coordinate efficient routes for our teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations to enhance project outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Country Manager in Italy and the Operations Team in Italy and Germany to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Background: A technical business degree or comparable qualification is preferred.
  • Experience: Ideally, you have experience in Project Management or Operations through internships, university projects, or entry-level positions.
  • Technical Affinity: Strong spatial thinking skills, technical expertise, and a hands-on mentality are essential.
  • Working Method: Analytical thinking, structured work, and attention to detail are key strengths.
  • Team Spirit: A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Language: Native-level Italian and very good English language skills are required.
