About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team at roadsurfer. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of all processes related to our camper vans.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation of our camper vans, ensuring they are in excellent condition for our customers.
- Manage the technical aspects of our fleet, including maintenance and repairs.
- Supervise and guide agents responsible for preparing our camper vans.
- Develop and implement processes to improve fleet efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough inspections of our camper vans upon return, identifying any damage or issues and initiating repairs as needed.
- Ensure our fleet meets the highest quality standards, particularly in terms of preparation and presentation.
Requirements
- Apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a related field, such as car rental or tourism.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong problem-solving and organizational mindset.
- Fluency in English and the language of the country you are applying for.
- Class B driving license.
