About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve net sales and gross margin targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint business plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the consumer goods or cosmetics industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills
