Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve net sales and gross margin targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint business plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the consumer goods or cosmetics industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Fluent Italian and English language skills
