Questa parte fondamentale del nostro business garantisce che gli impianti fotovoltaici siano installati in modo efficiente e tempestivo, affinché il pianeta ed i nostri clienti possano usufruire dei benefici dell'energia solare senza ritardi. Come Operations Manager, ti assicurerai che la tua area/regione funzioni nel modo più fluido possibile per soddisfare la domanda dei clienti.

Principali responsabilità
  1. Gestire le performance della propria area/regione per raggiungere i target di produttività e qualità.
  2. Interfacciarsi con i propri stakeholders esterni (Install Partners) per massimizzare produttività e qualità delle Installazioni nella propria area.
  3. Interfacciarsi con i propri stakeholders interni (Logistica, Account management, Product) per massimizzare produttività e qualità delle Installazioni nella propria area.
  4. Analizzare le performance rispetto agli obiettivi aziendali rilevanti e attuare azioni per migliorare l'eccellenza operativa.
  5. Collaborare con i colleghi a livello manageriale per standardizzare best practices.
QualificheQualifiche di base
  1. Laurea preferibilmente in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, STEM o equivalente.
  2. Orientamento al dettaglio e capacità organizzative.
  3. Esperienza rilevante nella comunicazione con una vasta gamma di stakeholder, inclusi i tuoi pari e la leadership.
  4. Esperienza rilevante nell'uso dei dati o delle evidenze aneddotiche per influenzare le decisioni aziendali.
  5. Motivazione a lavorare in un'azienda giovane ed in forte crescita.
  6. Fluente in inglese e italiano, sia verbale che scritto.
Qualifiche preferite
  1. Esperienza lavorativa con tecniche Lean, Six Sigma e Kaizen.
  2. Esperienza lavorativa nel settore fotovoltaico.
  3. Esperienza rilevante con la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in un ambiente professionale.
