Our newest location will feature a range of beautifully designed spaces, including a large restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop, and courtyard, all aimed at creating a welcoming environment for both guests and locals.

Job Responsibilities

Your Role...

  • Foster a lively and inviting atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy their time.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during each shift.
  • Conduct daily briefings for the restaurant and bar staff.
  • Manage the reservations system effectively.
  • Develop a floor plan based on expected covers.
  • Assist with food and beverage inventory management, including ordering and stock counts.
  • Provide training and support for the food and beverage team.
  • Create staff schedules to optimize labor efficiency.
  • Handle cash and prepare daily revenue reports in accordance with company standards.
  • Oversee service operations on the floor and at the bar.
  • Ensure safe opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu offerings, service standards, and product availability.
