Role Overview

Your Responsibilities...

  • Act as the representative of management during night hours, ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Oversee guest billing and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Manage hotel operations overnight, prioritizing guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Ensure data integrity across all systems and prepare necessary reports for various departments.
  • Monitor occupancy levels and collaborate with departments to maximize guest capacity.
  • Respond promptly to all incoming calls, ensuring efficient communication.
  • Maintain vigilance over guest safety and property security.
  • Lead the night team by fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
  • Set achievable yet ambitious goals for the team to enhance occupancy and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure cleanliness and order in both public and back-of-house areas.
  • Handle end-of-day procedures and verify reception reports.
  • Conduct night audit processes with precision, addressing any discrepancies swiftly.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests throughout the night.
