The new hotel will boast a variety of elegantly designed accommodations, a spacious dining area, a lively bar, a welcoming lobby, and serene outdoor spaces. Additionally, there will be facilities for meetings and events.

Role Overview

Responsibilities...

  • Act as the representative of management during nighttime hours, ensuring the hotel operates smoothly.
  • Maintain a cheerful and approachable demeanor, even when addressing challenges.
  • Oversee guest accounts and ensure accurate billing processes.
  • Manage hotel operations during the night to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure data integrity across all systems and prepare daily reports for various departments.
  • Handle daily overbooking scenarios and collaborate with departments to maximize occupancy.
  • Promptly answer all incoming calls with efficiency.
  • Monitor guest activities and property to maintain security and minimize alerts.
  • Lead the night team by example, fostering motivation and empowerment among team members.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable goals for the team to ensure high occupancy rates and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of public and back-of-house areas, addressing any deficiencies immediately.
  • Responsible for end-of-day procedures and verifying reception reports.
  • Accurately conduct night audit procedures, reporting discrepancies and ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of guests throughout the night.
