Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled B2B Order Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer service, marketing, and sales support teams, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and providing exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Manage customer master data, handle and supervise orders, interface with customers, sales, and internal departments, and provide active support to field service representatives.
- Marketing/Sales Support: Assist in operational tasks, provide marketing assets, proofread marketing materials, coordinate merchandising agencies, and monitor sales initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Ensure the smooth operation of our office in Milan, including administrative tasks and support for the team.
- University degree or equivalent and several years of work experience in a similar position.
- Italian distribution market knowledge and toy sector knowledge preferred.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in SAP SD module and MS Office.
- Results-oriented, team player, strong communicator, and customer-oriented.
