The Prysmian Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and supervision of administrative, technical, and financial aspects of assigned projects from project award to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager/Director to ensure projects are in scope, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Ensure quality and timely submission of all project deliverables and documentation.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager/Director in reporting on project status and health.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
