Job Description:

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient management of commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in verifying contracts and customer requests
  • Establish contracts with major clients in the retail sector
  • Manage discounts outside of invoices using the SAP system, interacting with the Customer Service team and following the process until payment
  • Manage sales budgets
  • Collaborate with the Finance team

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma
  • Excellent knowledge of the SAP system
  • Good knowledge and use of Excel
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Membership in the protected categories of Law 68/99
  • Additional skills: interpersonal skills

Workplace: Legnano
