About the Role

Ecolab is seeking a highly skilled Brand Protection and Quality Assurance Expert to join its EcoSure division, a leading provider of brand protection programs, to drive operational excellence and help our clients grow their business.

Our associates are valued experts in brand standards, guest experience, food safety, public health, workplace safety, and product quality. EcoSure clients include top brands in the hospitality industry, including foodservice and hotels, as well as convenience stores, facilities, and long-term care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive on-site visits to assess client operations and provide expert guidance on best practices for brand protection and quality assurance.
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs to help clients maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Partner with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges and drive business growth.
  • Utilize advanced technology, including tablets and CRM systems, to ensure efficient planning and execution of job functions.
  • Support the growth initiatives of our company and our clients, driving business results and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 2 years of hospitality industry-related experience.
  • Current and valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision, show initiative, good judgment, and superior decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality, or business field.
  • Multilingual (Spanish and French preferred).
  • High-level customer service and advanced consultative skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
