INTRODUZIONE AL RUOLO

In un periodo di trasformazione entusiasmante, Otis è alla ricerca di un Manager Sviluppo Business che supporti il Sud Est Europa. Questa posizione offre l'opportunità di contribuire attivamente allo sviluppo e all'esecuzione di fusioni, acquisizioni e partnership strategiche.

Il candidato avrà la possibilità di immergersi nelle dinamiche delle operazioni di M&A, collaborando con un team che opera a livello nazionale e internazionale. Il Manager di Sviluppo Business per il SEE riporterà al Senior Manager di Sviluppo Business e sarà formato da esperti interni nel settore.

Idealmente, questa posizione sarà situata a Bologna o Milano.

RESPONSABILITÀ DEL MANAGER DI SVILUPPO BUSINESS:

Supportare il Leader di Sviluppo Business del SEE per costruire una solida crescita inorganica in Italia Assistere nelle operazioni di M&A in altri paesi del SEE e coordinare il processo di approvazione end-to-end Collaborare all'esecuzione delle operazioni di M&A: preparazione del Modello di Valutazione, supervisione delle Due Diligences e dei processi di Richiesta di Approvazione Aziendale per ottenere l'approvazione della Direzione. Preparare presentazioni per le revisioni della Direzione Implementare una revisione post-acquisizione per valutare le performance rispetto al business case, aggiornando le assunzioni per future operazioni e raccogliendo insegnamenti per l'integrazione futura Stabilire un processo standard di revisioni post-investimento Eseguire controlli pre-chiusura delle operazioni di M&A Supportare l'esecuzione di transazioni interne (fusioni, trasferimento di beni, cambio di proprietà) Supportare il processo di integrazione e il progetto operativo, monitorando i progressi e informando la direzione sullo stato, assistendo nelle azioni chiave per mitigare i rischi e garantire che le sinergie siano realizzate secondo il business case. Assicurare l'esecuzione dei processi standard di M&A e integrazione e il loro monitoraggio

FORMAZIONE:

Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale.

QUALIFICHE MINIME:

Esperienza lavorativa di 3-5 anni in contesti aziendali o di consulenza in un ruolo simile Capacità di collaborare con team internazionali e interfunzionali Forti capacità analitiche Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point Eccellente conoscenza della lingua inglese

QUALIFICHE PREFERITE:

Buona conoscenza della contabilità generale e gestionale Approfondita conoscenza delle operazioni di M&A e dei modelli di valutazione aziendale Esperienza pregressa nel settore degli ascensori
