La Direzione Lavoro Group sta cercando un Deputy Design Manager per la sua filiale di Napoli. Il candidato ideale sarà un professionista con esperienza nel settore della progettazione e gestione di team.

Compiti e Responsabilità

  • Assistere nel reclutamento, formazione e gestione di un team di progettisti;
  • Delegare i compiti in modo efficace, assicurandosi che i membri del team comprendano i propri ruoli e responsabilità;
  • Fornire guida e supporto ai membri del team per aiutarli a sviluppare le proprie capacità e raggiungere il loro pieno potenziale;
  • Collaborare con il responsabile di progettazione per pianificare e dare priorità ai progetti di design in base a scopi e obiettivi organizzativi;
  • Coordinarsi con altri dipartimenti, come marketing, ingegneria e produzione, per garantire l'allineamento e la regolare esecuzione dei progetti di progettazione;
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento del progetto e affrontare eventuali problemi o ritardi che potrebbero verificarsi;
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo di concetti e strategie di progettazione che soddisfino i requisiti del progetto e le aspettative del cliente;
  • Esaminare e fornire feedback sulle proposte di progettazione, assicurandosi che aderiscano agli standard di settore e alle migliori pratiche;
  • Rimanere aggiornato sulle tendenze, tecnologie e metodologie di progettazione per promuovere l'innovazione e il miglioramento continuo;
  • Condurre controlli di qualità sui risultati finali della progettazione (KPI) per garantire accuratezza, coerenza e conformità con le specifiche del progetto;
  • Implementare processi e standard di controllo della qualità per mantenere elevati livelli di eccellenza della progettazione e soddisfazione del cliente;
  • Partecipare a riunioni e presentazioni con i clienti per comunicare concetti di progettazione, aggiornamenti sui progressi e tempistiche del progetto;
  • Costruire e mantenere solide relazioni con i clienti dimostrando professionalità, reattività e impegno nel fornire soluzioni di progettazione.

Requisiti

  • Laurea triennale in ambito di Design industriale o settore correlato;
  • Comprovata esperienza (5 anni) in un ruolo di leadership in ambito Progettazione;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei software di progettazione di modellazione 3D come Catia V5, SolidWorks, Think3D e disegno 2D come AutoCAD;
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, leadership e interpersonali;
  • Spiccate capacità di problem-solving ed attenzione ai dettagli;
  • Capacità di gestire più progetti simultaneamente;
