Position: Franchise Technical Sales Engineer

Role Overview: We are in search of a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to enhance the growth of our Nuvonix by Rebound franchise division. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and strategic sales capabilities to cultivate relationships, drive revenue, and transform the electronic components landscape. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will engage with both new and existing clients to secure high-value, design-oriented projects for our expanding portfolio of franchise distribution brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth within key customer accounts to achieve financial targets.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with a diverse range of clients.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering and component teams to specify, design, and stimulate demand for a wide array of franchise products.
  • Identify potential leads, organize sales calls and customer visits, build relationships, prepare quotations, and manage sales opportunities from design through to order fulfillment.
  • Analyze market trends and business challenges to recommend appropriate product technologies and services.
  • Effectively communicate technical and commercial information to clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Rebound Franchise and clients to monitor activities and progress.
  • Perform any additional assignments as required.
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A degree in Electronics or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong grasp of electronic components technology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
  • Strategic selling mindset and robust business acumen.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit to identify and cultivate new sales opportunities.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, energetic, and committed to continuous learning.
