**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Rebound Electronics GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with customers in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth in key customer accounts to meet revenue and margin goals.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse customers to secure high-value, design-led projects for our expanding portfolio of franchise distribution brands.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customer engineering and component teams to specify, design, and drive demand for a broad range of franchise products.
- Sales and Marketing: Identify potential leads, plan and organize sales calls and customer visits, build relationships, compile quotations, and manage sales opportunities from design to order fulfillment.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and business challenges to recommend suitable product technologies and services.
- Communication: Communicate technical and commercial information effectively to customers.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with Rebound Franchise and customers to track activities and progress.
Requirements
- Education: A degree in Electronics or equivalent industry experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronic components technology.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external communication.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written English; additional Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Sales and Business Acumen: Strategic selling approach and strong business acumen.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: An entrepreneurial mindset to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
