Drive sales growth and profitability within your designated territory, aligning with corporate goals. Foster market development while delivering outstanding customer service. Manage existing relationships across hospital, pharmacy, and retail channels. Create strategic objectives that align with company aspirations. Enhance the visibility of the Medela brand through improved sales performance. Identify and leverage business opportunities within key accounts (such as NICUs, healthcare professionals, midwives, and neonatologists). Develop and execute Customer Account Plans to boost overall business efficiency.Required Qualifications:
A degree in Business, Science, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated experience in sales, particularly in the medical device industry. Proven success in product and business management. Experience in preparing business cases and conducting cost analysis. Ability to perform well under pressure.Skills and Competencies:
Self-driven, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset. Strong commercial, sales, and negotiation capabilities. Excellent communication and networking skills. Customer-focused approach. Proactive in problem-solving and decision-making. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Fluency in Italian and English is essential. A valid Italian driving license is required.Benefits:
