About the Role

Euronet EFT is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in Italy. As a Business Development Executive, you will be part of our Sales Team and a member of the Global Sales force of Euronet EFT Division, based in Pisa, Lucca, or any area in the West of Tuscany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Acquire New Business Opportunities
    • Research and identify high-traffic locations in touristic areas and city centers, such as shopping malls, retail chains, and real estate.
    • Negotiate with retailers, property managers, and property owners to secure contracts for installing ATMs.
  • Develop and Manage a Pipeline of Potential Locations
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market and identify potential locations for ATM installation.
    • Build and maintain relationships with site owners to ensure long-term contracts.
  • Meet Sales Targets and Goals
    • Meet quantitative and qualitative targets set by Management, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with the Operations Department and external subcontractors to ensure smooth installation and deployment of ATMs.
  • Provide Recommendations for Improvement
    • Offer insights and recommendations to improve performance and branding.
  • Monitor and Ensure Quality
    • Regularly visit sites to monitor and ensure the quality of installed ATMs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Real Estate, or Tourism sectors.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial.
    • Results-oriented and can-do mentality.
    • Problem-solving skills and time management skills.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
