Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager - Mobility to join our team at Pininfarina.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a passion for the mobility sector. The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including existing and prospective customers.
  • Support the sales and marketing manager in creating business intelligence and benchmarking reports.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and design teams to develop comprehensive quotations and identify the best offering strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Economic, Business Administration or Management Engineering.
  • 10 years of work experience in a commercial area in high value-added services.
  • Excellent organizational skills and/or project manager acquisition background.
  • Result-oriented and willing to travel, including international trips.
