Business Development Manager

Euronet EFT is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in Italy. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the EFT segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify high-traffic locations in touristic areas and city centers for ATM installation, and negotiate with retailers, property managers, and owners to secure contracts.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential locations to ensure consistent growth and revenue.
- Meet quantitative and qualitative targets set by management, and maintain a strong relationship with site owners throughout the contract term.
- Collaborate with the Operations Department and external subcontractors to ensure smooth installation and deployment processes.
- Provide recommendations to improve performance and branding.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor and ensure the quality of installed ATMs.
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional training in sales considered an asset.
- Minimum three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Real Estate, or Tourism sectors.
- A proven track record of achieving aggressive growth targets and building strong relationships with clients.
- Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently across the territory of responsibility.
- Good English language skills, both verbal and written.
- B category driving license.
- Must have the legal right to work in the European Union without a visa sponsorship.
- User knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial.
- Results-oriented and can-do mentality.
- Problem-solving skills and time management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proactive in anticipating problems and potential solutions well in advance.
