Job Title: Business Development Executive

Euronet EFT is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in Italy. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the EFT segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify high-traffic locations in touristic areas and city centers for ATM installation, and negotiate with retailers, property managers, and owners to secure contracts.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential locations to ensure consistent growth and revenue.
  • Meet quantitative and qualitative targets set by management, and maintain a strong relationship with site owners throughout the contract term.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Department and external subcontractors to ensure smooth installation and deployment processes.
  • Provide recommendations to improve performance and branding.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor and ensure the quality of installed ATMs.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional training in sales considered an asset.
  • Minimum three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Real Estate, or Tourism sectors.
  • A proven track record of achieving aggressive growth targets and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently across the territory of responsibility.
  • Good English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • B category driving license.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the European Union without a visa sponsorship.
  • User knowledge of MS Office.
