Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Contract Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with the Project Manager and core project team to develop, implement, and drive contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the application of Contract, Claims and Insurance Management Manual (CCIM) and Alstom governance.
  • Prepare and communicate Contract Summaries to the project team.
  • Analyze contracts to build and drive implementation of Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plans.
  • Elaborate Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) with the project team.
  • Monitor project schedules to achieve contractual milestones.
  • Issue contractual notices to customers/partners.
  • Establish and implement project-specific commercial procedures.
  • Manage correspondence with customers/partners.
  • Develop and produce project-specific processes for contract/claim management.
  • Monitor and record claims/counterclaims and prepare supporting documentation.
  • Provide creative advice on contractual/claims activities.
  • Report on contract management and claims activities to the project and Legal teams.
  • Provide training on contract/claim management to key stakeholders.
  • Anticipate events and risks associated with contract management activities.
Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to 30% of the time.
  • Location: Torino/Savigliano.
