PRODUCTION SHIFT LEADER - ORICOLA PLANT Directly reporting to the Production Area Manager, ensures shift/line production plan execution, providing products of defined quality, at optimal cost, by organizing team members and available assets. He ensures health and safety requirements according to law and in line with HSE policies. WHAT WE WILL DO TOGETHEROrganizes work allocation on the line to ensure optimal production plan execution Organizes work in the shift to ensure regular preventive maintenance of the lines/ systems/ machines Ensures food safety requirements for finishing goods produced Ensures health and safety requirements according to law (Legislative Decree no. 81/10) and in line with HSE policies, guidelines and internal procedures, being people in charge in the relevant production area (preposto) Ensures and organizes problem solving sessions and related activities with team members and key stakeholders Ensures production plan execution in his/her shift (performance to schedule) Ensures shift's/ team's KBIs delivery (SLE, Yields, GMP etc.) Makes certain that shift reports are prepared on time and according to agreed requirements Ensures that team members develop the right skills set for performing their job effectively Ensures that team members have clear responsibilities and objectives Recognizes good performance and addresses poor performance quickly Supports and suggests continuous processes improvements (suggests updates of the tools for processing operators’ suggestions and ideas)ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?Master's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical or Management Engineering or in Food Science and Technology Minimum 2 years of relevant production experience Previous experience in team management (nice to have) Understanding of food and beverage technology Good knowledge of Maintenance procedures Good organizational & Time management skills Knowledge of interpretation of policies, procedures, and systems in Manufacturing Problem solving skills, drive for results, conflict resolution Ability to set clear standards for performance Teamwork skills and mindset Willingness to experiment and try new ideas Good knowledge of English languageDISCOVER WHO WE ARE Coca-Cola HBC Italia, part of the Coca-Cola HBC Group, is the leading bottler and distributor of The Coca-Cola Company's branded products in Italy.
