Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Guest Experience Intern to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan. Reporting to Front Desk Manager, the intern will support both front desk and guest services tasks.  This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.  The starting date is estimated in January 2026. Objectives and internship activities: The aim of the internship, in addition to an initial induction and orientation phase within the company, includes the following activities, which the intern will carry out alongside the Tutor and gradually with increasing autonomy: In particular, the Guest Experience Intern will focus on: Assisting with guest check-ins/check-outs, ensuring alignment with LQA and Marriott International standards.
